We provide structured advice and capital solutions depending on what a situation actually needs — acquiring assets directly, providing structured capital, or advising lenders and stakeholders on distressed positions.

We work discreetly. Much of what we do is in a challenging position — stalled schemes, non-performing loans, undercapitalised developers, administrators and lenders working through difficult positions — and our counterparties trust us to handle that with judgement and confidentiality.
